Senior Elevator Project & Customer Relationship Manager

About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Elevator Project & Customer Relationship Manager to lead end-to-end elevator installation and modernization projects while maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will combine technical project management expertise with excellent stakeholder management skills to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage elevator installation and modernization projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and technical specifications.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing updates, and resolving escalated concerns.
• Coordinate with local and international vendors (UAE & China) for procurement, negotiation, and timely delivery of materials.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and international elevator standards through inspections and certifications.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost control and reporting financial performance to management.
• Supervise and guide engineers, technicians, and support staff to ensure efficient execution of projects.
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules to enhance equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Manage emergency response activities during breakdowns, ensuring quick resolution and minimal disruption.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all project and maintenance activities in line with regulatory and company standards.
• Conduct quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with best practices and company standards.
