Customer Relationship Executive
About This Role
Job Summary: We are hiring a dynamic and result-driven Telecaller / B2B Sales Executive for our growing immigration and overseas recruitment business.
The ideal candidate should be confident in cold calling, pitching services, and closing deals, especially with B2B clients such as consultancies, travel agencies, and recruitment firms.
Responsibilities:
- > Make outbound cold calls to generate leads and business opportunities
- > Approach immigration consultancies, HR agencies, and travel agencies for partnerships
- > Pitch services like PR, work permits, and overseas job opportunities
- > Handle client queries and convert leads into successful sales
- > Follow up with prospects and maintain strong relationships
- > Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly meeting targets
- > Maintain records of calls and leads in CRM tools.
- ✅ Requirements
- > 1–3 years experience in telecalling / sales / B2B sales
- > Strong communication and convincing skills
- > Experience in immigration / visa / recruitment industry is a plus
- > Confident in handling cold calls and objections
- > Target-oriented and self-motivated

Salary: AED 2000- 2500. Higher chance of earnings through incentives and Commission based on Sales targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
