Represents a café, manages customer interactions, and handles orders through online and in-person channels.
The position is listed as full-time in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome walk-in customers and handle orders received by phone, WhatsApp, social media, and in person.
- Record orders, confirm requirements, and coordinate timely preparation and delivery.
- Answer questions about menus, prices, offers, availability, and services.
- Handle feedback, complaints, and special requests; coordinate with management, service staff, and the kitchen to resolve issues.
- Represent the café professionally, build customer relationships, and coordinate reservations, takeaway, and delivery requests.
- Follow up on orders and communicate delays or changes to customers.
- Support billing and POS transactions where required; maintain customer and order records.
- Identify ways to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Maintain professional etiquette, personal grooming, and a welcoming environment.
Requirements and qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, café operations, hospitality, front office, or order management is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; polite, patient, soft-spoken, and confident customer manner.
- Ability to manage online and offline orders accurately and use WhatsApp, phone calls, social media messages, and basic computer applications.
- Strong multitasking, coordination, and problem-solving abilities; handle customer concerns diplomatically.
- Good presentation, grooming, and professional etiquette; able to work in a fast-paced café environment.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- UAE hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.
Pay
- AED 2,000–5,000 per month.
