Customer Care & Sales Executive
About This Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and provide professional assistance regarding vehicle testing and registration services
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently
- Promote company services and upsell additional products when appropriate
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or telesales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Sales-driven with a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
