Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the telesales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective telesales strategies to maximize revenue and customer acquisition.
- Monitor daily sales activities, call quality, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and training programs to improve team performance.
- Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and productivity.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation and sales campaigns.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop telesales representatives.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and management updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of **5 years of experience** in telesales , with at least **2 years in a managerial or team leader role**.
- Proven experience managing and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and implement performance improvement plans.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
