Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
  • Monitor and improve cash flow, profitability, and financial performance.
  • Prepare and present accurate financial reports to senior management and shareholders.
  • Oversee accounting, treasury, taxation, payroll, and financial controls.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE laws, financial regulations, and reporting requirements.
  • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, insurance providers, and regulatory authorities.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities, business expansion plans, and strategic initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain robust internal controls and risk management frameworks.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, financing arrangements, and corporate restructuring activities when required.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board based on financial analysis and business performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CA is highly preferred.
  • MBA or Master's Degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, corporate finance, budgeting, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience managing multi-entity operations is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
