Administrative and guest service duties
- Enter and retrieve database information to update records, files, reservations, and answer guest inquiries.
- Operate standard office equipment and prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software.
- Transmit, proofread, and edit documents to ensure written information is accurate and complete.
- Use computers and/or point-of-sale systems to enter and locate work-related information.
- Welcome guests, anticipate and address service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests.
- Maintain positive working relationships, support team goals, and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions.
Role expectations
- Communicate clearly and professionally, prepare and review documents accurately, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
- Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
