Schedule
- This is a part-time midnight shift from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
- Communicate effectively in English with a diverse customer base.
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry.
- Analyze customer needs and provide suitable solutions or recommendations.
- Maintain professional phone etiquette.
- Clean washrooms and perform sweeping, mopping, and garbage removal.
Requirements
- Previous gas station experience is preferred but not required, and training is provided.
- Fluent English written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and fast-paced work skills are required.
- Proficiency in data entry and computer skills is required.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
Compensation
- Pay is $17.60 per hour.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person in Mississauga, Ontario.
