The CSE role supports clients adopting a fleet telematics platform, deploying hardware, training users, analyzing fleet data, supporting compliance, and managing renewals.
Responsibilities
- Partner with implementation specialists and third-party installers to guide clients through telematics hardware rollout across their fleets.
- Ensure devices are online and reporting accurate data to support rapid time-to-value.
- Train fleet managers, safety directors, and dispatchers to interpret telematics data, create geofences, configure real-time alerts, and use dashboards.
- Analyze fleet telemetry such as idling time, harsh braking, and fuel consumption for Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Deliver actionable QBR insights that demonstrate ROI and lower total cost of ownership.
- Help clients use the platform for ELD, Hours of Service, and IFTA tax-reporting compliance and to improve fleet safety scores.
- Manage commercial renewal cycles and maintain account retention within an assigned portfolio.
Experience and qualifications
- Strong instructional skills to educate corporate safety directors, fleet managers, and dispatchers.
- A proven track record managing renewal cycles and maintaining account retention within an assigned portfolio.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- An equivalent education and experience combination is accepted, such as an associate's degree or high school diploma paired with 5–10+ years of direct experience in SaaS customer success, fleet logistics, or telematics.
