CRM Manager - Real Estate Developer

Role Overview

Crm Strategy & Implementation

• Design and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and optimize CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Ensure seamless integration between CRM and other systems (ERP, marketing automation tools, etc.).

Customer Lifecycle Management

• Map and optimize the full customer journey from lead generation to post-sales engagement.
• Develop segmentation strategies to personalise communication and campaigns.
• Implement lead scoring and nurturing frameworks.

Sales & Marketing Alignment

• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion and pipeline visibility.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards for tracking performance.

Data Analytics & Reporting

• Analyse customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Generate regular reports on CRM performance, sales funnel metrics, and customer behaviour.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.

Team Leadership & Training

• Train and support internal teams on CRM best practices and usage.
• Act as the central point of contact for CRM-related queries and improvements.
• Drive adoption of CRM tools across departments.

Customer Experience Enhancement

• Develop initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Implement feedback loops (NPS, surveys, etc.) and act on insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• **Minimum 5–6+ years of experience in CRM management within the real estate industry** (developer environment mandatory).
• Proven track record of implementing and managing CRM systems successfully.
• Strong understanding of real estate sales cycles, off-plan and secondary markets.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar).
• Advanced analytical skills with experience in data visualisation/reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in UAE/GCC real estate market.
• Knowledge of property management systems and digital marketing tools.
• Certification in CRM platforms or data analytics tools is a plus.
