We are hiring an **experienced CRM Executive** with strong knowledge of **real estate developer operations** and hands-on expertise in **Zoho CRM.** The ideal candidate will manage lead flow, optimize sales pipelines, and ensure efficient follow-up processes across our real estate sales team.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily CRM operations and data in Zoho.
- Build and maintain real estate sales pipelines
- Assign leads to sales agents based on rules and priorities
- Ensure timely follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Monitor lead status and prevent leakage of opportunities
- Create CRM reports and performance dashboards for management
- Coordinate between marketing and sales teams
- Maintain clean and accurate CRM database
- Support automation workflows (reminders, alerts, auto-assign leads)
Requirements
- Proven experience using **Zoho CRM**
- **Experience in real estate developer**
- Strong understanding of real estate sales process
- Ability to manage CRM pipelines and workflows
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Experience in real estate brokerage or developer company
- Knowledge of Dubai property portals (Bayut, Property Finder)
- Experience improving lead conversion through CRM optimization
- Pay: Start from : AED5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
