Job Description
Tomorrow World Trading Company is looking for an experienced and responsible **Car Supervisor** to manage and supervise daily vehicle-related operations.
The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of vehicle handling, driver coordination, maintenance follow-ups, and day-to-day fleet supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise company vehicles and daily car movement.
- Coordinate with drivers and ensure smooth vehicle operations.
- Monitor vehicle condition, cleanliness, fuel usage, and maintenance needs.
- Arrange timely servicing, repairs, renewals, and inspections.
- Maintain records of vehicle usage, service history, insurance, registration, and related documents.
- Ensure vehicles are used properly and safely.
- Report daily updates, issues, damages, or delays to management.
- Coordinate with workshops, garages, and service providers when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and road safety standards.
- Handle urgent vehicle-related issues and provide practical solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum **2–3 years of experience** in vehicle/fleet supervision or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of car maintenance, servicing, and basic vehicle operations.
- Ability to manage drivers and coordinate daily schedules.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- UAE experience preferred.
- Must be responsible, punctual, and able to handle pressure.
Experience
- Car supervision / fleet supervision: **2 years preferred**
Licence/Certification
- UAE Driving Licence: **Preferred**
