Recruiter Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple functions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Work closely with department managers to understand workforce planning and hiring needs
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated with current recruitment trends, hiring practices, and labour market developments.

Requirements

• Minimum **1-2 years of experience** in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while meeting recruitment deadlines.
• Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are considered an advantage.
