We are seeking a highly skilled
Crm Integration Engineer
with
5+ years of experience
in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and enterprise application integrations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, developing, and optimizing CRM solutions, designing and implementing integrations across multiple systems, and delivering scalable technical solutions that support business objectives while ensuring seamless data exchange and service continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and enhance CRM systems to support business operations and improve overall performance.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective, scalable solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between CRM and other enterprise systems using APIs and Web Services.
- Configure and customize CRM components, including entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules, and plugins.
- Develop custom solutions and extensions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and related CRM technologies.
- Perform data migration activities while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across environments.
- Monitor system and integration performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure service reliability and availability.
- Optimize CRM performance, scalability, and overall solution efficiency.
- Integrate CRM platforms with SQL Server, SharePoint, and other third-party applications and services.
- Prepare and maintain technical and operational documentation for systems, integrations, and support processes.
- Provide technical support to end users and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful service delivery.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM systems development, administration, or integration.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing integrations using APIs, Web Services, and related technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or similar CRM platforms.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and CRM customization and development tools.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, database management, and performance optimization.
- Experience integrating CRM systems with SharePoint and other enterprise applications.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
