Overview
Faststream is recruiting on behalf of a well-established maritime organisation in Dubai for a Crewing Manager to oversee crewing operations across a fleet of small vessels.
This position will suit an experienced Crewing Manager looking for their next challenge, or a senior Crewing Coordinator who is ready to step into a management role and take on greater responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
Manage crew planning and rotations to ensure operational requirements are met Oversee crew mobilisation, certification, travel arrangements and compliance Support recruitment activities and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified seafarers Liaise with vessel management teams, manning agencies and other stakeholders Monitor crewing costs, reporting and workforce planning Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and company procedures This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing maritime business and play a key role in supporting its vessel operations.
