Overview
- A growing insurance brokerage is expanding its Marine team in Dubai and is seeking an experienced Account Executive / Marine Broker to join a close knit team during a period of sustained growth.
- This is a hands on role within a small, entrepreneurial office, offering direct exposure to clients, insurers and international placements.
- The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and developing an existing portfolio, with a clear progression path toward a Deputy Head of Marine position.

- Small marine team with direct reporting to the Head of Marine (Dubai)

- High level of responsibility from day one ideal for someone ready to step up The Role You will manage marine insurance accounts across the full lifecycle, including:
- Placement of risks in London, UAE, and international markets
- Negotiation with insurers across both local and global markets
- Client servicing and relationship management
- Policy documentation and administration
- Coordination with international partners, including London and Dubai markets The portfolio is heavily weighted toward Hull & Machinery (H&M) business (approx. 60 70%), alongside P&I, Cargo and Yacht lines. This is not a business development focused role, the emphasis is on technical execution, servicing and account development within an existing client base.
