The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service in a clean, safe environment; handle simple queries and refer difficult queries to managers.
- Follow brand standards and keep current with Five Guys University courses.
- Contribute to restaurant goals and targets.
- Maintain kitchen and operational areas, restock workstations, and complete assigned cleaning in restrooms and terrace areas.
- Follow uniform, grooming, punctuality, food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
- Use the cash register accurately and control company assets.
- Support teammates and complete other reasonable management-assigned tasks.
Experience and education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of service crew or similar experience and excellent customer service.
