Store Attendant role within Shamal Holding's Sky Dive Dubai operation.
Works in the gear store, assisting customers with merchandise, equipment rentals, and related information.
Responsibilities
- Provide equipment and merchandise information to customers and assist with drop-zone and course information.
- Process cash and credit card sales, prepare daily and monthly reports, and maintain equipment rental records and charges.
- Keep the shop clean and user-friendly, monitor rental equipment, and ensure tandem passengers receive their video.
- Support sales growth measured by customer spend, sales per square foot and month, transaction value, and completed upsells.
Qualifications
- A minimum of three years of relevant retail or sales experience is required.
- A bachelor's degree or relevant qualification is preferred.
