Crew Member role with Five Guys at the Dubai International Airport branch.
Crew members are trained across restaurant positions, which may include grill, fries, hospitality, expo, cashier, preparation, buns and dressings.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service in a clean and safe environment; resolve simple queries and refer difficult ones to managers.
- Follow brand standards and complete Five Guys University courses.
- Contribute to restaurant goals and targets.
- Maintain restaurant and kitchen areas, restock workstations and complete assigned cleaning of restrooms and terrace areas.
- Follow uniform, grooming and punctuality standards and comply with food safety, sanitation and hygiene practices.
- Operate the cash register accurately, control company assets, support coworkers and carry out reasonable assigned tasks.
Experience and qualifications
- At least one year of service crew or similar experience and excellent customer service.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

- Restaurant role at the Dubai International Airport branch.
