Creative Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative assets in line with corporate brand guidelines and visual identity standards
• Design marketing and communication materials including presentations, brochures, reports, posters, flyers, annual reports, and other branded collateral
• Create and adapt visuals for digital platforms, websites, social media channels, and internal communication campaigns
• Develop motion graphics, animated content, and short-form videos for corporate campaigns, presentations, and digital platforms
• Support videography requirements including filming corporate events, internal campaigns, interviews, and branded content where required
• Handle video editing, post-production, sound synchronization, transitions, subtitles, and final delivery of professional multimedia assets
• Support branding initiatives, corporate campaigns, and event-related design requirements
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing & Communications team to ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery of all creative outputs
• Leverage AI-powered creative tools to improve design efficiency, content generation, and production workflows while maintaining quality standards
• Ensure all design work aligns with business objectives and maintains high professional standards
• Manage multiple design requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Knowledge, skills & experience:
• Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience as a Creative Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
• Prior experience working within a corporate or large organizational environment is mandatory
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across print, digital, and branding projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant design tools
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout design, and visual communication principles
• Hands-on experience in videography, video editing, motion graphics, and multimedia production
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, Canva AI, ChatGPT, or similar platforms for content enhancement and workflow optimization
• Excellent attention to detail with strong time management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
