Major accountabilities
- Lead and develop the country or cluster organization, setting strategy and delivering sales and profits within agreed budgets.
- Define a focused, responsive business vision aligned with global strategy and contribute to therapeutic-area strategy and portfolio decisions.
- Develop the asset pipeline and portfolio, lead key launches, and coordinate expertise and resources across functions.
- Shape market-relevant assets and develop early brand strategies using insights into patient journeys, competition, access, budgets, and cost effectiveness.
- Maintain brand integrity and contribute to joint ventures, licensing agreements, and other business relationships.
- Build customer-focused, high-performing teams; foster innovation, collaboration, and a culture of feedback.
- Drive talent acquisition, succession planning, and associate development.
- Build organizational alignment and stakeholder relationships while supporting Sandoz's reputation and business opportunities.
Minimum requirements
- Experience with profit or unit accountability.
- Experience leading large and/or diverse multifunctional teams.
- Experience across geographic markets and people leadership.
Skills and language
- Business strategy, asset management, business development, and commercial excellence.
- Cross-functional collaboration and team leadership, customer orientation, and influencing.
- Healthcare sector understanding, market access, marketing strategy, and medical affairs.
- Product launches, product lifecycle management, profit and loss, and stakeholder engagement.
- English.

Performance includes revenue growth, profitability, market share, resource allocation, long-term strategy, and market access impact.
Operational excellence includes development milestones and successful product launches.
