Counter Sales Associate (Plumbing & HVAC) role at Noble's Dupont Toronto Profit Centre.
The role supports customer service and sales while helping maximize sales and gross profit.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct sales service and product information in person, by telephone, or by email.
- Process sales and orders, pull products from inventory, and arrange deliveries or help buyers load orders.
- Assess customer needs and upsell products where appropriate.
- Complete other profit centre duties as needed.
Qualifications
- At least two years of customer service experience.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with exceptional written and verbal customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to safely lift upwards of 50 pounds.
Compensation and benefits
- Target salary range is $40,000 to $55,000; no pay cadence is stated.
- Benefits include medical and dental coverage, pension and RRSP contribution opportunities, insurance coverage, and a student loan repayment benefit.
