Cost Management Trainees

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing CMA (Intermediate or Final) and eligible to undertake a 12 / 15-month internship / industrial training assignment.
• Strong academic foundation in cost accounting, management accounting, financial accounting, budgeting, standard costing and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and willingness to work with large and detailed data sets.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to learn financial systems and reporting tools quickly.
• Multitasking & Time Management
• Required Professional Certifications: Chartered Accountant
• Strong customer relations & Good Communication
• Logical thinking
• Competencies/Behaviors required for job
• Courage to question without hesitation, recommend and influence.
• Yearn to gain process expertise and be an SME for the process.
• Commitment to Service Excellence and delivering Outstanding Results
• Ability to identify gaps, trends, exceptions and synergies in the process, drive process improvements with HMM.
• Can prioritize and complete multiple tasks on tight deadlines.
• Experience in Reconciliation can be advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Full-time graduation from an accredited university; preferred areas of study include Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with SAP system functionality preferred.
• Experience dealing with Global Stakeholder preferred.
• Advanced MS Office computer skills preferred (i.e., Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
• Major Area of Study: Minimum Degree Requirements: Bachelors, Preferred Degree Requirements: Masters
• Minimum years of related experience required: Freshers, Eligible CMA students enrolled in New Scheme of Education and Training
