Role overview
Coordinates TTC corporate security programs for keys, parking hanger tags, access cards, property permits, and identification passes.
Reports to the Corporate Security Manager in Transit Enforcement and Fare Collection.
Key and access programs
- Verify authorization for high-security key requests; review, approve or deny requests; maintain program records.
- Schedule annual key audits, investigate discrepancies and policy violations, reconcile issues, and update records.
- Manage key stock, requisitions, inventory, secure storage, and documented disposal.
- Coordinate returns of keys from former employees and resolve outstanding discrepancies.
- Coordinate re-keying, key IDs, emergency key rings, and new access-system implementation with internal teams.
- Administer physical keys and electronic access platforms for secure, role-based access across TTC facilities.
- Administer C-CURE access control and maintain employee and non-employee card records.
- Coordinate identification passes for employees, pensioners, contractors, councillors, ACAT, CNIB, and other groups.
- Coordinate parking hanger-tag requisitions, transfers, and returns.
- Assist with program policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures; conduct key and access audits and implement corrective actions.

Salary information
