Job Purpose

The Corporate Account Manager is responsible for managing business accounts requiring Trip Support Services, maintaining strong client relationships, and handling sales requests.

Job Description

  • Manage and grow assigned customer accounts through regular engagement and regional travel.
  • Research customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and support revenue growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective customer and sales management.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare quarterly sales reports.
  • Comply with internal policies, procedures, and health & safety requirements.
  • Customer complaints resolution
  • Customer satisfaction ratings
  • Achievement of annual sales targets

Job Requirments

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales within related services.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and account management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to work under pressure with strong time management skills.
  • Strong communication, integrity, and analytical ability
  • Results‑driven with problem‑solving mindset
  • Team‑focused with collaborative working style
