The Corporate Account Manager is responsible for managing business accounts requiring Trip Support Services, maintaining strong client relationships, and handling sales requests.
Job Description
- Manage and grow assigned customer accounts through regular engagement and regional travel.
- Research customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and support revenue growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective customer and sales management.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare quarterly sales reports.
- Comply with internal policies, procedures, and health & safety requirements.
- Customer complaints resolution
- Customer satisfaction ratings
- Achievement of annual sales targets
Job Requirments
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales within related services.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and account management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work under pressure with strong time management skills.
- Strong communication, integrity, and analytical ability
- Results‑driven with problem‑solving mindset
- Team‑focused with collaborative working style
