What You'll Do

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Microsoft Copilot Studio agents and conversational AI solutions.
• Architect enterprise-grade AI copilots that automate business processes and improve user productivity.
• Integrate Copilot workflows with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Develop conversational experiences using Generative AI and natural language capabilities.
• Integrate Copilot solutions with enterprise applications using REST APIs, custom connectors, plugins, and Microsoft Graph.
• Configure MCP server integrations and external data connections.
• Design Power Automate workflows and Power Apps solutions supporting AI-driven business processes.
• Gather requirements, define AI transformation roadmaps, and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Establish architecture standards and lead solution design reviews, governance activities, and technical discussions.
• Ensure security, governance, scalability, compliance, and performance standards across AI solutions.
• Support user adoption, enablement programs, technical workshops, demonstrations, and solution presentations.
• Mentor developers and Power Platform engineers and stay current with Microsoft AI and emerging technologies.

Expertise You'll Bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 9-15 years of experience in enterprise application development, automation, AI solutions, or Microsoft ecosystem technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio development and enterprise implementations.
• Proven experience designing and implementing Copilot Studio agents and conversational AI solutions.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, and Microsoft Graph.
• Experience with REST APIs, custom connectors, plugins, external services, and enterprise integrations.
• Hands-on experience with MCP server configuration and integration management.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLM-powered applications, Prompt Engineering, and AI orchestration.
