Role Overview

Copilot Customization and Development

• Design and develop custom Copilot extensions, plugins, and conversational topics using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Integrate Copilot with external data sources, APIs, and enterprise systems to enrich AI-driven responses.
• Write maintainable code or low-code logic for custom business workflows within the AI ecosystem.

Deployment and User Enablement

• Support deployment of Copilot solutions across business units, including onboarding and technical setup.
• Conduct user training, create documentation, and provide technical guidance to help employees use AI tools effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Copilot access, performance, and integration.

Governance, Security and Optimization

• Monitor Copilot usage metrics and system performance to identify optimization opportunities and improve response accuracy.
• Ensure custom AI solutions comply with data privacy, security, and governance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to align Copilot configurations with enterprise tenant policies.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT application development, low-code solutions, or digital workplace enablement.
• A background in IT or Computer Science and strong problem-solving skills are essential.

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Power Platform, generative AI, large language models, and prompt engineering.
• RESTful APIs, JSON, and basic programming in Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Data security and privacy compliance, technical troubleshooting, documentation, and training.

Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant certification.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate certification.
