- Review and negotiate contract terms, ensuring compliance with project requirements and company policies.

- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor project costs and ensure financial control throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- Mini
- mum 10–15 years of experi
- ence in contract management
- for building and villa proj
- ects.
- Strong experience in b
- oth pre-contract and post-contract funct
- ions.
- Prior experience working
- in Dubai / UAE proj
- ects is mandatory.
- Excellent knowledge
- of FIDIC contr
- acts and UAE construction practices.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication ski
- lls.
Preferred
- Experience with re
- puted consultancy
- firms in the UAE.
- Professional certifications (MRICS / equivalent) will be an advantage.
