Key Requirements
- Minimum
- 15 years of professional experience
- in contract administration, contract management, or commercial management.
- Proven experience on large-scale infrastructure, facilities management and O&M projects.
- Strong knowledge of contract administration procedures, claims management, variations, and contractual correspondence.
- Experience in contract interpretation, risk assessment, and dispute resolution.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, or a related field.
- Professional certifications as FIDIC and GCC experience are considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage all contractual aspects of the O&M project.
- Monitor compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Review, evaluate, and process variations, claims, and contractual notices.
- Support project management teams on contractual and commercial matters.
- Prepare contractual reports and maintain accurate contract records.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure effective contract execution.
- Proficiency in English language is a must.
