QUALIFICATIONS
- DEGREE TYPE: Associate's degree
- FIELD(S) OF STUDY: N/A
- 2+ years of experience in contingent workforce program coordination
- Familiarity with workforce onboarding, offboarding, credentialing, and compliance processes
- COMPETENCIES & SKILLS
- Methodical approach to workflow management
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in maintaining documentation and tracking metrics
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent teamwork abilities
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
EXPERIENCE
- Technology, hospitality, or travel industry experience is a plus
