EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, commercial finance, pricing, revenue management, business analytics, forecasting, or a related analytical role. Experience in cruise, travel, hospitality, consumer, retail, transportation, or another data-rich industry is preferred but not required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data validation, financial modeling, and analysis of large data sets.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, variance analysis, scenario modeling, performance measurement, and business decision support.
  • Ability to translate complex data and analysis into clear recommendations, reports, and presentation-ready materials.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels and functions of the organization.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and business partnering skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in analysis, reporting, and presentations.
  • Intellectual curiosity, a continuous improvement mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
