About the Role
We are looking for a creative, resourceful, and trend-savvy Content & Social Media Manager to take ownership of two exciting accounts in the beauty and skincare space.
This is a hands-on role that blends content strategy, community management, and creative production.
You will be the driving force behind each brand’s social media presence — from ideation to execution — working closely with clients to bring their vision to life across all major platforms.
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars for social accounts, aligned with each client’s brand strategy and objectives.
- Receive and interpret monthly briefs from clients, translating brand direction into actionable content plans.
- Monitor and analyze social media trends on a weekly basis, identifying opportunities to create timely, relevant content that boosts engagement.
- Propose creative content ideas and campaign concepts that align with brand identity and audience interests.
- Stay up to date with platform algorithm changes, new features, and best practices across all major social media channels.
Content Creation & Production
- Create high-quality, on-brand visual and written content (images, videos, reels, stories, carousels).
- Shoot and edit content as needed, including short-form video, product photography, and behind-the-scenes material.
- Source and coordinate with content creators, influencers, and talent (on a complimentary or minimal-fee basis) to support and diversify content output.
- Ensure all content is optimized for each platform’s specifications and best practices.
Community & Account Management
- Schedule and publish content across all platforms using scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or similar).
- Actively engage with each account’s community, responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely, on-brand manner.
- Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the client and internal teams to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.
& Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in social media management and content creation, ideally within an agency or multi-brand environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing content creation skills across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Proficiency in content creation and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar).
- Excellent understanding of social media analytics, reporting tools, and performance metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and act on trends quickly and creatively.
- Experience sourcing and managing relationships with content creators and micro-influencers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently in a hybrid setup.
- Nice to Have
- Prior experience working with beauty, skincare, or wellness brands.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing strategies and UGC (user-generated content) best practices.
- Basic photography and videography skills, including lighting and styling for beauty content.
- Familiarity with paid social media advertising and boosting strategies.
