About This Role
Job Purpose
To manage and create engaging content for ADNOC Distribution’s social media platforms and collaborate with influencers to enhance brand visibility and digital reach.
The role is responsible for ensuring a consistent and positive brand image across all digital channels, fostering engagement with key internal and external audiences, and supporting strategic marketing initiatives through data-driven insights and creative storytelling.
Content Creation and Management
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies tailored to each social media platform, ensuring alignment with ADNOC Distribution and Oasis By ADNOC’s brand identity and communication objectives, ensuring timely delivery of content.
- Coordinate with Brand and Design teams to produce high-quality multimedia content, including text, images, videos, and infographics, for timely publication across digital channels.
- Manage all content production, briefing, coordination across business units for always-on content across Oasis by ADNOC, Car Care (Car Wash, Lubes, Car Test Centres), Voyager and any other ADNOC Distribution marketing content that needs to be produced.
- Coordinate and guide in-house videographer on social media best practices to create social-first video content for use across social media channels and live content like Instagram Stories.
- Conceptualize, create and post live content including stories for ADNOC Distribution and Oasis by ADNOC from internal and external events basis brand participation.
- Ensure all content adheres to corporate and marketing branding guidelines and reflects ADNOC Distribution’s values and tone of voice.
- Maintain a content calendar to manage publishing schedules and ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
- Monitor content performance, share weekly/daily/monthly reports and adjust strategies to improve engagement, reach, and audience retention.
Influencer Collaboration
- Identify and evaluate potential influencers whose audience and values align with ADNOC Distribution’s brand and campaign goals.
- Establish and manage relationships with influencers to facilitate authentic and impactful collaborations.
- Coordinate influencer-led content creation, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and brand standards.
- Track and assess the effectiveness of influencer partnerships using engagement metrics and brand visibility indicators.
- Provide regular reports and recommendations on influencer strategy based on performance data and market trends.
Social Media Interaction
- Develop and maintain a structured social media calendar to ensure timely and relevant engagement with target audiences.
- Oversee daily monitoring of social media platforms to track sentiment, engagement, and emerging issues.
- Manage the escalation process for handling user queries, complaints, and feedback received via social media, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address escalated issues and ensure accurate communication with the public.
- Contribute to the development of interaction guidelines and protocols to maintain a consistent and respectful brand presence online.
- Insights and Analytics
- Generate daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports to evaluate the effectiveness of content and influencer campaigns across digital platforms.
- Analyse audience behaviour, preferences, and engagement patterns to inform future content and campaign strategies.
- Utilize analytics tools and social media monitoring and reporting platform to measure campaign ROI, identify areas for optimization, and generate reports for management
- Present actionable insights to internal stakeholders to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Stay informed on digital trends and platform updates to ensure ADNOC Distribution remains competitive and innovative in its digital approach.
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
- 8 years of experience in social media content creation and influencer marketing, preferably within a corporate or agency setting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage social media platforms and develop engaging content across diverse formats.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining influencer relationships and executing successful collaborations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using social media analytics tools to drive performance improvements.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
