Role Overview

• We are looking for a full-time, in-house Content & Growth Associate based in Dubai to help build the Cleargo AI brand across:
• LinkedIn
• YouTube
• Social Media
• PR
• Sales Materials
• Product Marketing
• This is a hands-on execution role for someone who is:
• creative

• excited about startups and technology
• You will work directly with the founder to transform ideas, demos, and real trade stories into high-quality content and marketing assets.

Responsibilitiescontent Creation

• Create LinkedIn posts, carousels, and social content
• Repurpose founder videos into short-form clips
• Edit YouTube videos and product demos
• Create visuals using Canva/Figma
• Design simple marketing graphics and presentations
• Create product screenshots/mockups

Ai-Assisted Marketing

• Use AI tools to generate content drafts
• Use ChatGPT for copywriting and ideation
• Use Canva/CapCut/other AI tools for fast content production
• Help create AI-generated visuals, subtitles, captions, and promotional materials

Product Marketing

• Assist with demo preparation
• Create onboarding/tutorial content
• Help prepare customer-facing presentations and sales decks
• Support launch campaigns and product announcements

Social Media & Community

• Schedule and publish posts
• Monitor engagement and comments
• Help grow Cleargo AI’s online presence
• Research logistics, AI, and supply chain trends/topics

Pr & Outreach

• Help prepare PR materials and press releases
• Research podcasts, media outlets, and trade publications
• Assist with email outreach and partnerships

Requirementsmust-Have

• Strong English writing skills
• Strong visual/design sense
• Experience with Canva and/or Figma
• Experience editing videos (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and modern B2B content styles
• Comfortable using AI tools daily
• Highly organized and fast executor
• Entrepreneurial mindset

Nice-To-Have

• Experience working with startups
• Knowledge of AI/SaaS products
• Experience creating viral LinkedIn or YouTube content
• Understanding of logistics, imports/exports, or supply chain
• Photography/videography skills
