Job Responsibilities
- Manage and execute paid marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads
- Handle end-to-end social media management across key digital platforms
- Develop and support content strategy, including content planning and content calendar management
- Understand platform-specific content requirements and identify what type of content performs best across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Coordinate with external agencies for campaign execution, creative development, and content delivery
- Review marketing content and provide feedback to ensure alignment with brand and campaign objectives
- Support and guide creative shoots, videos, and digital content production activities
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, LinkedIn metrics, and campaign reports
- Provide insights, recommendations, and optimization suggestions to agencies and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth campaign execution and communication
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Manage and maintain social media pages, ensuring consistent brand presence and engagement
- Contribute to content ideation and creative campaign planning initiatives
- Experience with influencer marketing is an added advantage
- Arabic language skills are not mandatory; relevant digital marketing experience will be prioritized
- Candidates with a balanced digital marketing profile are preferred, rather than a purely performance marketing-focused background
- Prior experience of working 2-3 years in the UAE/GCC market is mandatory
