Overview

  • **Job Title – Digital Marketing - Content & Social Media Manager**
  • **Duration – 6 months extendable contract role**
  • **Work Location – Dubai**
  • Experience in Paid Campaigns/Paid Social, Content Ideation, Social Media Management, Content Calendar Planning, Facebook & Instagram Ads, Google Ads/AdWords, Influencer Marketing

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute paid marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads
  • Handle end-to-end social media management across key digital platforms
  • Develop and support content strategy, including content planning and content calendar management
  • Understand platform-specific content requirements and identify what type of content performs best across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Coordinate with external agencies for campaign execution, creative development, and content delivery
  • Review marketing content and provide feedback to ensure alignment with brand and campaign objectives
  • Support and guide creative shoots, videos, and digital content production activities
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, LinkedIn metrics, and campaign reports
  • Provide insights, recommendations, and optimization suggestions to agencies and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth campaign execution and communication
  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Manage and maintain social media pages, ensuring consistent brand presence and engagement
  • Contribute to content ideation and creative campaign planning initiatives
  • Experience with influencer marketing is an added advantage
  • Arabic language skills are not mandatory; relevant digital marketing experience will be prioritized
  • Candidates with a balanced digital marketing profile are preferred, rather than a purely performance marketing-focused background
  • Prior experience of working 2-3 years in the UAE/GCC market is mandatory
