Job Summary

Key Responsibilitiescontent Creation & Production

• Develop creative content for social media platforms, websites, campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Create photo, video, short-form videos (Reels/TikTok), graphics, and written content.
• Plan, script, shoot, edit, and publish content according to marketing requirements.
• Create educational and promotional content that communicates company services effectively.
• Ensure all content reflects brand guidelines, tone, and messaging.

Content Planning & Strategy

• Assist in developing content calendars and campaign concepts.
• Research trends, audience interests, and competitor activities to improve content strategy.
• Generate creative ideas to increase engagement, reach, and brand visibility.
• Support marketing campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives.

Brand & Quality Management

• Maintain consistency in branding, visual identity, and communication style.
• Review content accuracy, especially for healthcare and clinical-related information.
• Coordinate with clinical and operational teams for content approvals when needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and advertising standards.

Performance Monitoring

• Work with SEO to track content performance metrics such as reach, engagement, views, leads, and conversions.
• Support optimization of content strategies based on audience response.

Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing and sales team for content creatives.
• Support photo/video production activities, campaigns, and company initiatives.
• Coordinate with external creators, designers, or agencies when required.

Qualifications And Requirements

Skills And Competencies

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Intermediate skills in photography, videography, video editing, and graphic design tools.
• Strong creativity, storytelling, and communication skills.

Working Conditions

• Location: 202 Capital Golden Tower, Business Bay
• Work Timings: 48 hours/week, 6 days per week (as per UAE labor law)
• May require occasional travels within Dubai
• Probationary Period of 6 months
• Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
