**Job Summary:** The Endocrinologist will be responsible for evaluating and managing patients with hormonal, metabolic, and endocrine disorders, including but not limited to diabetes, thyroid disorders, obesity management, metabolic syndrome, and other endocrine-related conditions.
The physician will provide clinical consultations, develop individualised treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, assessments, and medical evaluations.
- Diagnose and manage endocrine and metabolic disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient needs.
- Provide medical guidance related to diabetes management, weight management, thyroid conditions, and hormonal disorders.
- Review laboratory investigations, imaging, and diagnostic results.
- Monitor treatment outcomes and adjust management plans accordingly.
- Provide patient education regarding disease management, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation and patient records.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, healthcare regulations, and organizational policies.
- Participate in multidisciplinary care coordination for patients referred to partner hospitals.
- Provide medical support and guidance to nurses and other healthcare professionals when required.
License & Certification
Valid DHA professional license and eligibility to practice
Completion of residency/fellowship training in Endocrinology
Education
Medical Degree (MD / MBBS or equivalent).
Recognized specialization in Endocrinology
Experience
Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in Endocrinology
Experience in diabetes and obesity management programs, preventive health, wellness or
longevity-focused programs
Experience in homecare, outpatient care, chronic disease management, and metabolic health (preferred)

- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Key Performance Indicators (Kpis)
- Patient Clinical Outcomes (% of patients achieving agreed treatment goals)
- Quality of Clinical Documentation (≥95% completeness and accuracy of patient medical records with timely completion)
- Patient Satisfaction & Communication (Patient satisfaction score ≥90%)
- Clinical Compliance & Patient Safety (100% compliance with clinical protocols, policies, and regulatory requirements)
- Consultation Efficiency & Service Delivery (Completion of scheduled consultations and follow-ups within required timelines)
- Patient Service Utilisation (Effective recommendation and conversion of eligible patients into appropriate healthcare programs/services)
Working Conditions
- Location: 202 Capital Golden Tower, Business Bay
- Work Timings: 48 hours/week, 6 days per week (as per UAE labor law)
- May require occasional travels within Dubai for home visits
- Probationary Period of 6 months
• Salary: AED 7,000
