Job Summary

The Content Creator is responsible for developing, creating, and publishing engaging content across digital platforms to enhance brand awareness, promote products and services, and support marketing objectives.

The role involves producing high-quality visual, written, and video content while maintaining brand consistency and audience engagement.

Content Creation

  • Create engaging and creative content for social media platforms, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
  • Develop photo, video, graphic, and written content aligned with the company's branding and marketing strategy.
  • Write compelling captions, articles, promotional texts, and other marketing content.
  • Plan and execute content shoots, including photography and videography.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and update company social media accounts.
  • Schedule and publish content according to the content calendar.
  • Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages when required.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.

Brand Development

  • Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and maintains a consistent brand image.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to create promotional campaigns.
  • Support the launch of new products, services, events, and company initiatives.

Content Planning & Strategy

  • Assist in developing monthly content calendars.
  • Generate creative content ideas to increase audience engagement and brand visibility.
  • Research industry trends and identify opportunities for innovative content.

Performance Monitoring

  • Track content performance and social media analytics.
  • Prepare reports on engagement, reach, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Recommend improvements based on performance data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role.
  • Strong photography, videography, and content editing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

  • Video Editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
  • Graphic Design (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar)

Working Conditions

The Content Creator may be required to work flexible hours, attend events, conduct on-site content shoots, and travel between company locations as required.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 per month
