Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Salesman to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to assist customers while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional manner
- Promote and sell company products and services
- Maintain good product knowledge and explain product features to customers
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Arrange and replenish product displays
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area
- Process sales transactions accurately
- Coordinate with the team and management for smooth store operations
Requirements
- Previous sales experience is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable and customer-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred
- Flexible and willing to work shifts
