Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and digitally savvy Content & Creative Specialist to support Dr.

Scent’s marketing team across social media, ecommerce, retail campaigns, marketplace promotions, and regional partner marketing activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong Arabic and English content creation skills, a good eye for aesthetics, knowledge of GCC consumer trends, and the ability to create engaging content for fragrance, lifestyle, retail, and ecommerce channels.

This role focuses mainly on content creation, captions, campaign messaging, reels ideas, creative briefs, ecommerce content, product visuals, and marketing assets.

Content Creation & Copywriting

  • Create engaging Arabic and English content for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, website, WhatsApp campaigns, ecommerce, and partner channels.
  • Write captions, short-form copy, campaign messages, product descriptions, promotional content, and story/reel scripts.
  • Develop content ideas for fragrance products, scent machines, home fragrance, retail campaigns, B2B offers, and seasonal promotions.
  • Localize content to fit GCC audience behavior, culture, language, and buying preferences.
  • Ensure all written content is clear, attractive, brand-aligned, and suitable for the target audience.

Creative Planning & Campaign Support

  • Assist in preparing monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, product launches, retail promotions, and seasonal events.
  • Create creative briefs for designers, photographers, videographers, influencers, and agencies.
  • Support campaign concepts for Eid, Ramadan, summer, mall activations, new launches, kiosk promotions, ecommerce offers, and B2B campaigns.
  • Suggest new creative directions based on social trends, customer insights, competitors, and brand objectives.
  • Adapt campaign materials for regional partners, agents, and different sales channels.

Social-First Content Production

  • Capture basic mobile-first content for reels, stories, TikTok, behind-the-scenes coverage, product highlights, and event activities.
  • Support the creation of reels, short videos, product demos, scent experience content, and lifestyle visuals.
  • Coordinate with designers and video editors to produce high-quality social-first creatives.
  • Provide direction for photo and video shoots when needed.
  • Ensure content is visually attractive, modern, and aligned with Dr. Scent brand identity.

Brand Consistency

  • Ensure all content and creative materials follow company brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity.
  • Review content before publishing to avoid spelling, grammar, pricing, product, or branding mistakes.
  • Maintain a content library for captions, visuals, reels ideas, campaign concepts, and product messaging.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in content creation, creative marketing, social media content, or digital marketing.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
  • Strong Arabic copywriting skills for GCC audiences.
  • Experience in beauty, fragrance, fashion, retail, FMCG, ecommerce, or lifestyle industries is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, reels, stories, and short-form video trends.
  • Basic design and video editing skills using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
  • Good eye for aesthetics, branding, layout, product presentation, and visual storytelling.
  • Comfortable capturing mobile content and directing simple social media shoots.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple content requests and campaign deadlines.
  • Portfolio of previous content, captions, reels, designs, or campaign work is required.
