Role overview

Engagement and client delivery

• Define delivery approaches, work plans, resource allocation, and responsibilities; monitor scope, schedule, effort, cost, and risks.
• Lead strategic diagnosis, environment analysis, maturity and gap assessments, and development of objectives, priorities, initiatives, and operational plans.
• Lead client meetings, present findings and recommendations, manage expectations, and document decisions and scope changes.
• Set deliverable review plans and acceptance criteria, assure evidence and documentation quality, and approve deliverables internally within delegated authority.

Excellence, quality, and performance

• Lead EFQM implementation across Direction, Execution, and Results, including RADAR self-assessments and evidence review.
• Translate assessment results into improvement initiatives, track impact, and support readiness for external assessments and excellence awards.
• Develop quality management systems, policies, processes, procedures, and document control; support audits, management reviews, and corrective actions in line with ISO 9001 where in scope.
• Oversee operating model design, service catalogs, service cards, process architecture, process maps, and procedures guided by APQC PCF.
• Oversee strategic and operational KPIs, validate definitions and data, and review performance reports and corrective recommendations.

Implementation, teams, and growth

• Direct pilot implementation, change management, and training; follow up on feedback and verify client teams can sustain developed practices.
• Lead, coach, and develop consulting teams; assign work, evaluate performance, and support professional development.
• Develop methodologies, tools, and templates; lead technical proposals and resource, effort, and cost estimates; contribute to business opportunities with firm leadership.

Experience and qualifications

• More than 10 years of experience in management consulting, institutional excellence, or quality management, including at least 4 years managing consulting engagements and teams.
• Proven delivery for Saudi government or semi-government entities and understanding of Vision 2030, Vision Realization Programs, and national excellence programs such as King Abdulaziz Quality Award and EXPRO.
• Deep expertise in EFQM and RADAR, ISO 9001 quality management systems, operating model design, APQC PCF process architecture, and performance management.
• Strong project management record delivering on scope, time, and budget, including technical proposals and effort and cost estimation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; Arabic and English proficiency is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and proven ability to lead, coach, and develop client-facing consulting teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• Mandatory professional certification: EFQM Assessor, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, PMP, or equivalent certification in excellence, quality, or project management.
