Lead consulting projects and client engagements in Saudi Arabia, owning solution quality, integrated deliverables, and delivery within approved scope, schedule, and budget.

Engagement and consulting delivery
- Set engagement approaches, work plans, resources, and responsibilities; monitor scope, schedule, effort, cost, and risks.
- Lead diagnosis, maturity and gap assessments, strategic planning, EFQM implementation, RADAR assessments, and improvement plans.
- Develop quality systems and documentation, support internal audits and management reviews, and address nonconformities and corrective actions.
- Review operating models and direct service catalogs, process architecture, process maps, procedures, and performance frameworks.
- Assure deliverable quality, direct pilots and knowledge transfer, and lead client meetings and relationships.
- Coach consulting teams, develop methodologies and tools, and lead technical proposals, estimates, and business-development contributions.
Experience and qualifications
- More than 10 years in management consulting, institutional excellence, or quality management, including at least four years managing engagements and teams.
- Track record delivering for Saudi government or semi-government entities; knowledge of Vision 2030 and national excellence programs.
- Expertise in EFQM, RADAR, ISO 9001, operating model design, APQC PCF, and performance management.
- Project delivery experience on scope, time, and budget, including technical proposals and cost and effort estimation.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, problem-solving, team leadership, and coaching abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Mandatory professional certification: EFQM Assessor, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, PMP, or equivalent certification in excellence, quality, or project management.
- Arabic and English proficiency is highly preferred.

Work should reflect client mandates, Saudi regulations, Vision 2030 targets, Vision Realization Programs, and relevant sector directions.
