About This Role
Position Overview
3IM-Consulting LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Consulting Coordinator to support our consulting team in delivering high-quality advisory services to clients across various industries.
The Consulting Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth project execution, coordinating between consultants and clients, and maintaining operational efficiency within the consulting department.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily activities and schedules for consulting projects and engagements.
- Support consultants in project planning, documentation, and reporting.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between clients and consulting teams.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure deadlines are met.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting notes, and other project-related documentation.
- Assist in organizing client meetings, workshops, and internal coordination sessions.
- Maintain accurate project records, databases, and filing systems.
- Monitor project progress and escalate issues to senior consultants or management when necessary.
- Support administrative and logistical tasks related to consulting operations.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and client requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in coordination, consulting support, or project administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Professional demeanor and client-facing communication skills.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in consulting, professional services, or project-based environments.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
- Proactive mindset with strong teamwork capabilities.
