About This Role
Job Summary
Consultus4 LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Consulting Coordinator to support the delivery of consulting projects and ensure seamless coordination between clients, consultants, and internal teams.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing project logistics, maintaining client relationships, and supporting business operations to drive successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate consulting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Serve as a point of contact between clients, consultants, and internal departments
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes
- Track project progress, budgets, and resource allocation
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client reports
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and project documentation
- Support business development activities, including research and lead tracking
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance service delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, consulting support, or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
