Amyris Conseils Consultance LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive **Consulting Coordinator** to support the delivery and management of consulting projects across multiple client engagements.
The role ensures smooth coordination between consultants, clients, and internal teams while maintaining high standards of service quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day consulting project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between consultants, clients, and internal departments.
- Schedule and organize meetings, workshops, and client presentations.
- Prepare, format, and manage project documentation, reports, and proposals.
- Track project progress and assist in ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
- Support consultants with administrative and logistical requirements.
- Maintain accurate project records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist in onboarding new consultants and project team members.
- Monitor client communications and ensure timely responses and follow-ups.
- Support business development activities, including proposal preparation and client coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in coordination, consulting support, or project administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in consulting, professional services, or corporate project environments.
- Familiarity with client-facing roles and stakeholder management.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: Up to QAR640,000.00 per year
