Job Overview
Aloit Consultants LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Consulting Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating between consultants, clients, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate consulting projects, timelines, and deliverables across multiple teams
- Act as a primary point of contact between clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Assist in preparing proposals, reports, presentations, and client documentation
- Track project progress and ensure deadlines and milestones are met
- Schedule meetings, workshops, and client sessions, and record meeting minutes
- Maintain and organize project files, contracts, and documentation
- Support resource planning and allocation for consulting engagements
- Monitor project budgets and assist in invoicing and billing coordination
- Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, consulting support, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project) is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
