Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between senior consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling high-stakes client meetings and regional travel logistics.
- Oversee the lifecycle of consulting engagements, from initial contract filing to final report delivery.
- Coordinate the preparation and formatting of professional proposals, presentations, and project briefs.
- Track project budgets and timelines, flagging potential delays before they impact delivery.
- Maintain the internal CRM and project management database with meticulous accuracy.
- Facilitate the onboarding of freelance subject-matter experts for specialized project needs.

- **Operational Coordination:** Proven ability to manage multiple moving parts in a professional services or corporate environment.
- **Communication Mastery:** Exceptional written and verbal English; proficiency in Arabic is highly valued in the Doha market.
- **Tech Savvy:** Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira.
- **Client Relations:** A poised, professional demeanor suitable for interacting with executive-level leadership.
- **Attention to Detail:** A "zero-mistake" mindset when it comes to documentation and scheduling.
- **Experience:** 3+ years in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within a consulting or legal firm.
