Consultant Physician – IVF
A leading **government healthcare client** in the **Abu Dhabi Region** is actively seeking a highly qualified **Female Consultant Physician – IVF** to join its specialized reproductive medicine and fertility team.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a specialist with strong expertise in **Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART)**, **Infertility Management**, and **In Vitro Fertilization (IVF)** to support individuals and couples on their fertility journey within a highly advanced clinical setting.
Key Skills
- Advanced expertise in **In Vitro Fertilization (IVF)** and **Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART)**
- Strong experience in **Ovulation Induction**, **Egg Retrieval**, **Embryo Transfer**, and **Fertility Preservation**
- Proficiency in managing **Female Infertility**, **Recurrent Pregnancy Loss**, and **Reproductive Endocrine Disorders**
- Expertise in **IUI**, **ICSI**, and fertility treatment protocols
- Strong knowledge in **Reproductive Hormonal Assessment** and fertility diagnostics
- Excellent patient counseling and fertility care planning skills
Duties And Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with **fertility and reproductive health concerns**
- Develop individualized **IVF treatment plans** and oversee the full fertility treatment cycle
- Perform **egg retrieval**, **embryo transfer**, and other fertility-related procedures
- Monitor ovarian stimulation and patient response throughout treatment
- Collaborate with **Embryologists, Fertility Nurses, Endocrinologists, and Obstetric Specialists**
- Counsel patients regarding fertility options, success rates, and treatment expectations
- Ensure compliance with fertility regulations, clinical protocols, and patient safety standards
- Participate in **quality improvement initiatives**, audits, and research activities
Qualifications
- **MBBS or equivalent Medical Degree**
- **Specialization in Obstetrics & Gynaecology / Reproductive Medicine**
- **Fellowship / Board Certification / CCT in Reproductive Medicine / IVF**
- Proven **Consultant-level experience in IVF and Fertility Treatments**
- **Licensed or eligible for DOH License as IVF Specialist / Consultant** (mandatory)
- Experience in **fertility clinics or reproductive medicine centers** is highly preferred
