. **Consultant Physician – Breast Surgery \| Full-Time / Revenue Sharing**
A premier **government healthcare client** in **Al Ain, UAE** is currently expanding its specialized surgical services and is looking for an accomplished **Female Consultant Physician – Breast Surgery** to join its multidisciplinary team.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a specialist with strong expertise in **Breast Oncology**, **Breast-Conserving Surgery**, and **Benign Breast Disease Management**, with flexible engagement options under **Full-Time** or **Revenue Sharing** arrangements.
Key Skills
- Advanced expertise in **Breast Surgery** and **Breast Disease Management**
- Strong experience in **Breast Cancer Diagnosis**, **Surgical Oncology**, and **Oncoplastic Breast Surgery**
- Proficiency in **Breast-Conserving Surgery (Lumpectomy)** and **Mastectomy Procedures**
- Expertise in managing **Benign Breast Conditions** and **Breast Reconstruction Planning**
- Strong knowledge in **Breast Imaging Correlation**, **Biopsy Interpretation**, and **Multidisciplinary Cancer Care**
- Excellent patient counseling, surgical planning, and post-operative management skills
Duties And Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with **benign and malignant breast conditions**
- Perform **breast-conserving surgeries**, **mastectomies**, and other specialized breast procedures
- Develop personalized treatment plans for **breast cancer patients** in collaboration with oncology teams
- Interpret diagnostic findings including **mammography**, **ultrasound**, **MRI**, and biopsy results
- Coordinate care with **Oncologists, Radiologists, Pathologists, Plastic Surgeons, and Breast Care Nurses**
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient management and follow-up care
- Counsel patients regarding treatment options, recovery plans, and preventive breast health
- Participate in **multidisciplinary tumor boards**, **clinical audits**, and quality improvement programs
- Support research and continuous advancements in breast care services
Qualifications
- **MBBS or equivalent Medical Degree**
- **Specialization in General Surgery / Surgical Oncology**
- **Fellowship / Board Certification / CCT in Breast Surgery, Surgical Oncology, or related specialty**
- Proven **Consultant-level experience in Breast Surgery**
- Strong clinical background in **Breast Oncology** and **Breast Surgical Procedures**
- **DOH License / Eligibility** or equivalent UAE licensing is an advantage
- Experience in **tertiary hospitals or specialized breast care centers** is highly preferred
