Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive developmental assessments for
- infants, children, and adolescents
- Diagnose and manage conditions such as
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, developmental delay, learning disorders, and behavioral conditions
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment and intervention plans
- Work closely with a
- multidisciplinary team
- including psychologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and pediatric subspecialists
- Provide guidance and counseling to families and caregivers
- Lead or contribute to
- multidisciplinary clinics, case conferences, and care planning meetings
- Participate in
- clinical governance, audits, and service development initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation in line with UAE regulatory standards
Eligibility & Requirements
- Recognized
- Consultant-level qualification in Pediatric Neurodevelopmental / Developmental Pediatrics / Pediatric Neurology
- Tier 1 training preferred (Western-trained or equivalent)
- Proven experience managing
- complex neurodevelopmental cases
- Eligibility for
- DHA Consultant license
- Experience in multidisciplinary pediatric care settings
- Strong communication and family-centered care approach
- Fluency in
English
(Arabic is an advantage)
